Amazing customer service from service manager Kai and his team - thank you so so much for going above and beyond to assist me when my Kia Carnival fuel cap suddenly stopped working. I called service dept up from a bp station in a bit of a panic as I had a young baby in the car and a puppy awaiting collection at the airport! Kai drove out to my location himself and then called a mechanic out to assist . Amazing service and very helpful! So appreciate it Kai! Thank you and looking forward to getting the repair underway soon.
Just bought a Kia Sorento from Wangara Kia. Could not be happier with the experience. Tom Warburton was great to deal with, not pushy and answered all of our questions with great knowledge of the car. Would not hesitate in recommending seeing Tom and the team at Wangara Kia for a car.
I hed service and change brake pad and disc change in around march 2023,when i pick up my car the there is brake light keep on and they said they will fix it because its on mechanical warranty, after one month nothing happen i contacted lots of time but no respose, then i visited place and find out person who deal my car is no more working.
I talk with other person and explain everything, he replied rudely and said i don't care what he does if you want to fix it you have to go through again and i dont want to dig out your record. After couple month fight i put my car to fix on end of November. But i have to pay money for every thing .
After all this month frustration i paid all money to fix my car and think all will be fine.
But 7 January 2024 brake light come back again after month.
I was so angry and frustrate again and then decide to go back there with my kids ( due to school holidays) and stay untill they fix my car.
Today i am wating in kia wangara and waste my and my kids time. hoping they fix it soon other wise decided to stay here till its fix even have to sleep here.
Have been having my car serviced here since I got it in 2021. Tried calling multiple times over a month to book in for the 40k service, but no-one ever answers the phone. Left a web enquiry to get booked in, never had a response. Ended up booking in at Osborne Park since they actually answer their phone. Couldn’t even call Wangara to complain about the service because they don’t answer the phone!!!
Recently purchased a car from Tom. Service was excellent and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked into the show room. Tom provided information on the car, but also was on hand to answer any questions throughout the process. Tom is an excellent salesman and I suggest you see him when buying a car.
Had my Kia serviced November 2023. The mapping system needed updating which the garage had to order something in, which I was told would take a week. It is now mid January and I am still waiting. My calls are not being returned either. Customer service is very poor and I will take this into account when I am upgrading my vehicle.
Absolute disgrace. Contacted the branch for a new boot latch which had failed. Asked to bring the vehicle by. Told it was a warranty fix and to bring the vehicle back. Booked the vehicle on on the requested date and told to wait for the car. Arrived on the booking date to be told I can't wait. Then after waiting an hour and a half, im told the part hasn't arrived. Then im told there system is down so they can't check when it will arrive. But don't worry, it's under warranty. What a great example of incompetence.
